The New Parkway Theater has free parking for patrons in a lot just a half block from the theater. Patrons may use the Douglass Parking lot near Broadway and 24th and should enter through the gate right across from ER Transmissions at 450 24th St (if the gate is closed, you should be able to slide it open). New Parkway patrons may use this lot after 6PM Mondays through Fridays (except during Art Murmur on the first Friday of each month), and all day on Saturdays and Sundays. Please do not leave any valuables in your car and do not leave your car parked in this lot overnight.
We recommend that you come to the theater on foot, by bike, or public transportation if possible. We are close to several key bus lines (51, 1, 72), a six minute walk from the 19th Street BART station, and will soon have ample outdoor bike parking. In fact, patrons entering the theater carrying a bike helmet will receive a $1 discount for normal $6 showings (may not be combined with any other offers).
Please take normal care when leaving the theater late at night and use the buddy system whenever you are able. Out of respect for our neighbors, please also try to keep the noise down after late-night showings.
